Following the opening of upscale pizza joint Mel's next door, Chef Melissa Rodriguez and restaurateur Jeff Katz unveiled Al Coro this summer, a party-ready Italian eatery inside the sleek West Side space which famously housed Del Posto. With a moody redesign, stage for live music, and an impressive tasting menu, the spot has clearly earned its fanfare from the fancy foodie crowd. After all, it did just earn itself two Michelin stars.
