OK, it's technically been around for decades, but the resurrected El Quijote restaurant is full of shiny new upgrades fit for the next generation of cool kids. The kitschy Spanish restaurant, inspired by Miguel de Cervantes's Don Quixote, collected regulars including Andy Warhol, Janice Joplin, Jimi Hendrix, and Patti Smith back in the day. Now, coinciding with the reopening of the Hotel Chelsea, El Quijote has returned with Insta-famous paella and a new cast of stylish diners.
