On any given evening you're sure to find moneyed patrons-with-pull indulging in caviar chips and dip, Wagyu ribeye, and, for some reason, slices of birthday cake in the straightforwardly named Dining Room, the sleek and elegant on-site restaurant with an open flow perfect for scoping out the scene.
