A sister establishment of the star-studded Notting Hill original, the Manhattan outpost spans five floors, with various bars, dining rooms, and even a rooftop terrace, all decked out in owner/designer Juan Santa Cruz's signature swanky style. No wonder the Upper East Side newcomer is already a go-to for the international fashion set.
