Dhamaka means “burst of emotions” in Hindi, which is what you’ll likely be experiencing once you’ve relished in the burst of Indian flavors at this new destination at Essex Street Market. Owner Roni Mazumdar and Executive Chef Chintan Pandya have already shown us what they can do at Rahi and Adda Indian Canteen, so we can set the bar high for this new venture.
