Ann Redding and Matt Danzer, the duo behind Nolita’s Thai mainstay, Uncle Boons, are expanding their empire in the neighborhood. Cheekily combining casual Thai cuisine with the distinctly Americana vibes of a diner, the self-explanatorily named Thai Diner will be just that. So far we know that these curry disco fries are on the menu, and really, that’s enough to get us excited.
