Le Jardinier

Alain Verzeroli's vegetable-focused French eatery, filled with marble, plants, and green accents, has been a luxe go-to for the style set since its opening in May. Now, it has a one-star stamp of approval by Michelin. The healthy-ish menu is rooted in French technique, with a focus on seasonal vegetables and sustainable meat, fish, and poultry. Dishes are complemented by gluten free breads by Master Baker Tetsuya Yamaguchi, a selection of organic and biodynamic wines, and innovative cocktails by Dushan Zaric of Employees Only.
