He reportedly owns just one swanky home in Manhattan: a $24.5 million penthouse in the Park V co-op, which he bought from David Geffen in 2018. The 5,000-square-foot duplex boasts a sound-proof screening room for whenever Shvidler's bored of gazing over Central Park.
