In 2011, fertilizer tycoon Dmitry Rybolovlev broke the then-record for a Manhattan real estate purchase when he snagged Citigroup's Sandy Weill's lavish penthouse atop 15 Central Park West for $88 million. The crazy part? He bought the ten room abode as a student pad for his heiress daughter, Ekaterina Rybolovleva, who was attending college here at the time. We mean, what 22-year-old girl wouldn't need 17 closets?
