Alexei Kuzmichev
Another Russian billionaire looking to offload his pricey New York property is Alexei Kuzmichev, co-founder of Alfa Bank, the largest private bank in Russia which is currently being sanctioned by the U.S. He purchased a sprawling unit in the landmarked Atterbury Mansion at 33 E. 74th St., in 2016 and has recently listed it for $41 million. Disney's former CEO Bob Iger owns the penthouse of the building.
