Koloman

Inside the revamped restaurant space which was previously the Breslin at the Ace Hotel, you'll now find Koloman, chef Markus Glocker's upscale-but-relaxed homage to French dining (with, of course, a pinch of his native Austria). The stylish two-floor space plays up its high-design influences and creative namesake -  that would be artist Koloman Moser - with bold and elegant interiors featuring intricate plasterwork, graphic accents, and dramatic blackened steel chandeliers. Capturing the spirit of turn-of-the-century European grand cafes, the destination aims to serve up a social atmosphere as vibrant as the cuisine.
