After the official shuttering of its OG location inside the Gramercy Park Hotel (RIP), Roman-inspired restaurant Maialino had found a new home inside the Redbury Hotel. The second coming of Danny Meyer's beloved eatery brings all the familiar warmth and rustic charm of the original, along with, thank the pasta gods, all of our favorite Italian dishes courtesy of Executive Chef Joe Downey-Zayas, including Cacio e Pepe, Bucatini all’Amatriciana, and Spaghettini alle Vongole. And yes, those blue checkered tablecloths have also returned.
