Dressed in the most perfect pink stripes, the pool is the hub of the hotel's daytime scene. The Arizona sun is prête-à-tan anytime of year, and these loungers are just the place to catch some rays. A dip in the curved pool is of course a must, which features around-the-edge seating for perching up with your Prickly Pear Frosé or Honey Lime Mojito.

Once ready to dry off, grab some shade under their orange umbrellas and tuck into a host of delightful bites from their restaurant Pink Dolphin. A chopped salad with grilled shrimp skewers and a side of tajin fries? Pollo adobada tacos with a side of tajin fries? A spiced ground beef quesadilla... with tajin fries? Grab drinks out on the wraparound terrace - they've one of the largest rosé collections in the country - and watch the sky turn into a magic purple-pink watercolor brushed above Camelback Mountain, the area's best-known peak.

Take a seat and fill your table with dish after dish of favorites from Turkey, Greece, Egypt and Spain. The charred octopus, spicy tuna sushi over crispy rice, spanakorizo, shrimp scorpio and grilled lamb chops are key notables.

For dining with a more action-filled view, Le Âme's open kitchen design makes for quite the lively scene.
