Hudson Malone
Though Hudson Malone is one of the newest cocktail bars in NYC, it already has the kind of experience behind it that enduring bars require. That all comes from founder Doug Quinn, a former bartender at the famous P.J Clarke's, who built a reputation as one of the best bartenders in the city for his ability to create amazing cocktails and build relationships with his customers. His aim is to create a classic New York bar, with unfussy cocktails that add vitality to an already lively crowd. An upstairs speakeasy is set to open in 2014.
