Golden Cadillac
A lot of cocktail bars, including the ones on this list, are labeled as speakeasies because of their stylistic nod to Prohibition-era watering holes. Golden Cadillaca also employs a retro theme, but only goes as far back as the 1970's, with reinvented takes on some of the blasé cocktails that defined the era. With experience from places like Pegu Club and Painkiller, the team ensures the cocktails are executed at the highest level, and the 70's decor is a fun change of pace from more modest bars.
