Where do you see yourself in ten years?

Adam Platt: Uhh… hopefully alive? Hopefully not dead of a heart attack. That’s the great nightmare of professional gluttons like myself is that you’ll choke on a bone or piece of bread at a restaurant. You can see the obituary; 800 pound critic chokes- it’s like, oh god… that’s the nightmare. Or you’ll have some some massive coronary advance. So hopefully I see myself still in some capacity being lucky enough to get paid to eat for a living. I don’t know what it will be, but hopefully I’ll be lucky enough for it to happen. Do you see yourself in New York for the next ten years? I hope so! I don't know, I’m pretty old. You know, I’m pretty old. It’s going to be time pretty soon to do the 6 months in New York, and 6 months in Paris. I don’t know. I need an infusion of capital for that.
