How Havoc Henry's Chris Heyn Is Reimagining Preppy Style With A Cool Kid Edge

I have endless. It's hard to try and pinpoint just a few, because I have always taken ideas or inspiration from so many different people I like or just see on the street. Pharrell is probably my biggest style influence and has been since I was like 11. He is just effortlessly cool, and watching him thru the years with his involvement with BBC, Bape, and now Human Made has been very inspiring. As a soccer player, David Beckham has also been one of my biggest influences from a young age, and I love how he always just slightly pushed the limits in the 90s trying different things and haircuts (Posh Spice influenced?). Gianni Agnelli was a classically cool guy, and seeing so many people try to replicate some of the things he did (watch on the outside of the shirt), are the little details and things I love that are just outside of the ordinary but not too crazy to digest. 

On a more personal level, my father influenced me from a young age and has always had the classic Long Island lacrosse player preppy thing going for him. In college I remember finding Nick Wooster and thinking his mix of street wear with traditional gear was elegant and eye catching, and I have the pleasure of calling him a friend since I moved into the city after college. I take little bits and pieces I like from everyone, and try to shape that all together to create my own sub-genre.
