Landlord

We are very much fans of the punk, plaid, oversized, colorful creatures that walked down the runway at Landlord. Every. Single. Look. It was all unblemished, from the harnesses to the patterns and silhouettes to the new age camouflage (we were getting sick of this trend but it seems Ryohei Kawanishi is not letting it go). Kawanishi even painted over Doc Martens to make them look like Air Force 1's. It's people like him that make us go "how come I didn't think of it sooner?" He's a trend setter, mixing angora with leather, spikes and plaid, zippers for voluntary nip slips, and did we mention the camo?

We just need to see a few more collections with this consistency and more of a brand DNA to cement himself as a serious menswear designer. This season was a great, great start.
