Residents Of The Richest Zip Code In America Have Bought Up All The COVID Tests

We'll admit, at first we thought all the ridiculous rich-person antics, like taking jets to the Hamptons and driving cross-country in an Instagrammable RV, were just, at worst, the result of a panicked mix of ignorance and fear. But now no one's even trying to underplay their privilege.

According to a new report, Fisher Island, a luxury private island off the coast of Miami which boasts the richest zip code in America, has purchased thousands of COVID-19 tests for their small, but powerful population of - get this - 800 residents. Meanwhile, the rest of the state, like the rest of the country, is in dangerously short supply.
