Swifty’s

You’re probably familiar with Swifty’s on the Upper East Side. Once graced by A-listers like Martha Stewart, Michal Kors, Gwenyth Paltrow, Liza Minelli, and Bill Murray, Swifty’s truly was the spot to be seen. Although it closed in 2016, the posh resurrection of Swifty’s in Palm Beach has been every bit as glamorous as the original, complete with some beachy flair.

It was slated to be a one-season pop-up hosted in partnership with the original's co-founder, Robert Caravaggi in 2019. Following its success that season, with former regulars of the NYC location, including Martha Stewart, frequenting the place, the eatery returned when the Colony reopened its doors this past fall after a COVID-induced hiatus. During the past few months of its reign, Swifty's has earned its reputation as one of the hottest tickets in town, serving up lobster rolls, caviar, and plenty of cocktails poolside.
