1. Penelope

While a middle child is never the favorite of their parents, everyone outside of their family usually loves them the most! Penelope is probably the only celeb I would ever get super starstruck by. Her style is way more daring and versatile than North's. North dresses way cute, but even when North was a baby, she only dressed in muted colors because that's what she gravitated towards. Her style is predictable. P, on the other hand, has fun with it and actually wears clothes that - get this - are age appropriate. I think she's one of the only ones in the family who dresses age appropriate. Kris Jenner wears Tims and shows hella cleavage. Kylie has looked like a 35 year old since she was 16. And Reign, Saint, and North dress like hype beasts. Penelope is also what truly humanized Scott. Before her, he was soulless. Sure, he loves Mason, but he treated him more like a mini me. P is who softened his heart. And she's basically Kourtney's mini me. Yes, it's possible for a monotone little person like Kourt to have a miniature version of herself. But give it five or six years and Penelope will be towering over her in all her glory.
