Earlier this summer, after a lengthy and thoughtful renovation, Eynsham Hall, a Grade II 1904 neo-Jacobean manor house nestled in Oxfordshire, brilliantly emerged as Estelle Manor, a part hotel and part members' club that's fully chic by any standard. 

The latest project from celebrated design firm Roman & Williams (of beloved aesthete destinations La Mercerie, Le Coucou, Veronika, Boom Boom Room and more), the grand estate has quickly become the hottest spot in the UK, with Londoners and the jet set alike asking 'Soho Farm House who?'

In desperate need of a sophisticated country escape? Take your pick of the property's 108 rooms, suites and cottages, which start at £475 a night. Explore the main house's sun-lit, all-day brasserie, which serves up elevated comfort classics like Oxford Cheddar Soufflé, Truffle Agnolotti and Beef Wellington. Pop into the home's artfully transformed Billiards Room, which now serves up a menu of traditional Chinese dishes and a weekend dim sum brunch. Saunter over to the walled garden, just a morsel of the estate's 3,000 acres, for a culinary celebration of the property's vegetable bounty. Loaf about poolside on the south terrace under an Instagram-ready striped, scalloped umbrella with a drink in hand. 

There's a library, gym (boasting 37 classes each week), yoga studio, boutique, kids' club - soon-to-open padel courts, Roman-inspired bathhouse and George Northwood hair salon. Oh, and for members' eyes only (which will run you £3,600 a year), there's a private club complete with a sitting room, café slash bar and lounge.
