This past Saturday marked yet another royal wedding to enter into your Pinterest board dreams of what may be. Lady Charlotte Wellesley, daughter of Duke of Wellington and Princess Antonia of Prussia, smiled beamingly in an off-the-shoulder Emilia Wickstead gown on her way to meet her betrothed, Alejandro Santo Domingo. Yes, of those Santo Domingos, whose wealth we shall never be sure of the origins nor the gross amount.
The small Spanish village of Illora turned into an impeccably stylish tarmac of jet setters, and royals alike. Guests dodged drizzling conditions and navigated the high heel nightmare that is cobblestone paths, all the while maintaining some serious sartorial game. And while we were very much disappointed by the lack of fascinators (honestly, have Brits lost their sense of occasion?), we were very very much inspired by the perfectly executed palette of prints, and textured styles.
