Where do you see Inkwell in the next 10 years?
I see Inkwell as the go-to resource for finding top talent on a flexible basis, whether that be project-based work or part- or full-time positions. We will continue to play an important role in changing the labor market to provide flexible working conditions through all employers. The five-day-week, 9-to-5 work conditions are becoming a thing of the past. At Inkwell, we want to rebuild this model to provide everyone with better work-life balance, ultimately making them more productive and fulfilled workers.
