Though the Nation's Capital appears to have it all, FOX News media guru turned entrepreneur, Angela Phelps, discovered that the city was missing that "je ne sais quoi," thus - Le Village Marche was born! The French inspired gift boutique has brought a little bit of Parisian flare to the District. Like a stroll through a Parisian market in the 18th arrondissement, owner Angela Phelps has stocked her light-filled shop with a beautifully curated selection of Parisian-inspired finds, including home décor, soaps, fragrances, stationery, children’s gifts and accessories, many of which are exclusive to Washington. With one location in Shirlington, VA, we sat down with Phelps to talk about her new Cathedral Commons location, her interior design inspirations, her passion for French culture and of course, her take on the DMV.
