The White House is without a doubt one of the most iconic places in our country. So naturally when I was one of 20 Instagrammers invited to receive special access to this historical building, my first thought was… what am I going to wear? With more than 1,500 applicants, why I was chosen is still rather unclear to me but for now let’s just go with it. As part of the White House's participation in a Worldwide InstaMeet, the goal was to connect, take photos together and inspire one another. So I’m hoping to do just that with some of my favorite takeaways from behind the closed doors of 1600 Pennsylvania Avenue.
