FLOTUS wore the shorts in question on a 2009 family vacation. You may remember that some gave Michelle flack for the fashion faux-pas. Well, she is finally ending her silence on the controversy.
On BET's 106 and Park, the modern-day fashion icon admitted to regretting the shorts but not for the reasons you think. It wasn't because of the unflattering cut or the tank top. She regretted the "huge stink" the shorts caused.
All I'm going to say is that Olivia Pope would never make a mistake like this.
