Cactus Cantina's festive interior is complimented by a spacious outdoor patio, which is almost always filled with fun-loving but rowdy American University students and yuppie Glover Parkers. If the collegiate crowd doesn't bother you, this spot on upper Wisconsin is worth stopping by... at least for a margarita or two.
