The future rulers of England have yet to visit California, but should they decide to stop by the West Coast, we suggest they head to Big Sur. Noted as one of the most beautiful coastal destinations in America, Big Sur offers a plethora of tourist activities. Kate and Will can go whale watching, take surf lessons, and visit Cone Peak, the highest coastal mountain at one mile above sea level. They can mingle with waterfalls at McWay Falls and relax at Pfeiffer Beach. Should they have an itch to go hiking, they can head to Point Sur Historic State Park after driving down the narrow Palo Colorado Road, which disappears into a redwood forest.
