NYPD Is Searching For Banksy
Along with the rest of us, the
NYPD's Vandal Squad, which pursues graffiti artists, is apparently on the hunt for Banksy. At a press conference on Wednesday, Mayor Bloomberg indicated that graffiti can "ruin people's property and it's a sign of decay and loss of control," continuing to say that "running up to somebody’s property or public property and defacing it...may be art, but it should not be permitted."
