Rum N' Raspberries

I love a good raspberry. I’m also a huge fan of rum. Imagine my delight when I wrap my lips around this little beauty.

WHAT YOU'LL NEED
60 g (2 oz/1⁄2 cup) fresh raspberries, plus extra for garnish
45 ml (11⁄2 fl oz) spiced rum
3 teaspoons raspberry liqueur
3 teaspoons lime juice
1 dash Orange bitters
2 teaspoons agave syrup

Muddle the raspberries in a cocktail shaker. Add the remaining ingredients (except the garnish) along with 1⁄2 cup ice. Shake vigorously.

Pour the contents of the shaker into an old fashioned glass and top with ice if necessary. Garnish with fresh raspberries.
