What/who has influenced your taste in flowers?
So many artists from the beginning of time have celebrated flowers and I look to them constantly for inspiration, from fashion designers like Christian Dior to artists like Monet with his water lilies; but the strongest influence on the FLOWERBX aesthetic has been Irving Penn with his strong floral visuals that celebrate the beauty of the single stem and the purity of each variety.
Your most memorable, personal flower moment?
I had a pure lily of the valley white bridal bouquet when I married my husband Peter (SVP of Menswear at Tom Ford), and I will never forget the beauty, the fragrance, the day, the dress and the feeling that were all captured by that magical bunch of lily of the valley.
