You can also find activities on TAABS such as comedy, burlesque, bingo, and poetry. What is your favorite "sober" activity?

Brian: I’m a bit of a gym rat, so I'd say working out even though that’s really boring. Can you find that on TAABS? You can’t… yet. Max: I have a fine art background, so I enjoy going to museums and going to the MoMA. What’s your favorite museum here in New York, and have you been to the new Whitney? Max: I haven’t been to the new Whitney yet, and I’ve actually been meaning to go! I just saw the Christie’s exhibit, I thought that was good but it’s like putting a bunch of art in a rich person’s house. All scattered without a plan. The MoMA is the go-to for me, and it’s what I grew up going to. Best place to watch a sporting event? Brian: St. Mark’s Ale House. That’s my neighborhood bar – great nachos, great beer selection, TVs everywhere, with a real neighborhood feel. Max: Josie’s in the East Village – dog-friendly and they have a pool table. Can you narrow down by pet-friendly bars on TAABS? Brian: Yes. Well, we call it dog-friendly. Right, because no one brings their cat. Brian: I mean if you want to bring your cat or ferret, that’s your call. Become a nightlife guru and party like a local by downloading the free app here.
