While it won't quite be The Beatrice, Angie Mar's move next door is sure to gain the approval of her discerning regulars. After some landlord drama and a failed lease negotiation, the chef and restaurateur had to say goodbye to the historic spot, but will be carrying on with Les Trois Chevaux, "Mar’s ode to the great French restaurants and brasseries of eras past." It will be located right next to the old Beatrice location and we're sure to expect plenty of meat on the menu. The Instagram account for the upcoming eatery so far looks very chic.
