Despite the controversy surrounding Daniel Humm's decision to go completely vegan, we couldn't not include Eleven Madison Park's world-renowned tasting menu, even if it does pretty much consist of just vegetables nowadays. Still, if you're willing to pay $335 just to say you did, you're in for eight to ten courses of the most culinarily advanced and creative plant-based dishes (like vegan caviar) this side of the globe. Why not?
