Paloma at Hotel Hendricks

Flavorful pan-Latin cuisine is the name of the game at swanky eatery Paloma at Midtown's new-ish Hotel Hendricks. Chef PJ Calapa's menu is inspired by his youth spent in his grandmother's kitchen on the border of Mexico in Brownsville, Texas. During Restaurant Week, try his Passion fruit Ceviche, Braised Short rib al pastor, Chicken tortilla soup, and, for dessert, a Churro Sundae. Yum!
