What: We first got a taste of Shuko during their pop-up in the Hamptons over the summer, but the duo of Nick Kim and Jimmy Lau have finally opened the full-fledged version in Greenwich Village. Before opening their own restaurant, the pair of chefs were at Neta, another beloved restaurant nearby, and their new sushi bar is just as enticing.
