Well, it seems the prophecy has finally been fulfilled. Buzzy hotspot Holiday Bar has officially opened for weekend brunch, and society staples and fashion favorites are already flocking.

On the menu? 

You'll find classics like the Holiday Bar Breakfast (two eggs any style, griddled confit potato and choice of sausage, bacon or avocado), Steak & Eggs, an Egg-White Sandwich, as well as Smoked Sablefish Salad, Ugandan Rolex (a cabbage, confit tomato and onion omelette rolled into a scallion pancake), Caramelized French Toast, a Lobster Roll, a bevy of tempting salads (remember, this is the same team behind American Bar after all) and more.

Always about setting the vibe, it's the cocktails that truly steal the show. Our bets are that the Holiday 2.0 (white peaches, moscato, honey, prosecco) and Spiked Frappe (vodka, coffee, milk, whipped cream, salted caramel) in particular are sure to fill your Instagram feed for months to come...
