Piggyback NYC

The power couple behind Lower East Side’s Filipino-Thai spot Pig & Khao, Executive Chef Leah Cohen and Restaurateur/Designer Benjamin Byruch, will be launching their newest restaurant concept in North Chelsea this fall. The menu is set to be a melting pot of Asian faves, from Shrimp Toast Okonomiyaki and Lumpia Shanghai (pork and beef spring rolls with a sweet chili dipping sauce) to Cantonese Style Pan-Fried Rouget. All served up in a stylish setting inspired by Asian street culture, like movie posters via Thailand and vintage mahjong pieces.
