Executive Pastry Chef Laura Cronin has created quite the exciting menu of plant-based treats for the occasion, including three new croissant flavors - Strawberry-Rhubarb & Orange Blossom, Candied Hazelnut & Vanilla, and Chocolate & Pretzel Praline.
Of course the hospitality-focused maison wouldn't leave you wanting for a well-paired sip. Wash your puffed spoils down with a Hibiscus-Passionfruit or Cucumber-Ginger agua fresca.
For those in need of a thoughtful last-minute gift come Mother's Day, stop by to grab their flakey sweets, exclusive fruit tarts, four seasonal varieties of house-made granola, Chef Daniel Humm-signed Eat More Plants books and prints, additional homewares from Eleven Madison Home, and flower arrangements from Petal NYC, the restaurant’s florist.
