The highly-anticipated second act from chef Simone Tong (of the now-shuttered Little Tong Noodle Shop) has arrived in the West Village. Silver Apricot is Tong's love letter to Chinese-American culture with a menu that showcases traditional flavors along with her fine-dining skills for a slightly more upscale vibe.
