Is there anything proprietarily remarkable about this textbook contemporary modern home? Well, if you stick your head out a front window and turn to the left you're staring at The Met. But really, other than that, no.

We see this as a perfect trophy home for a hedge funder and his family (who he sees sometimes). Oh, and we can't forget the fun, dizzying amenity that is those rhythmic gymnastic white ribbon swirl stairs - like living in the Guggenheim!
