While rumors had been circling for a while, the Maroon 5 crooner officially confirmed his supermodel wife's pregnancy on Instagram last week with the caption "My two favorite Laker fans." Adorbs. Needless to say, the young couple are looking for a more child-friendly space - think less pool tables and more changing tables - and so they've put their brick-walled apartment on 112 Greene Street up for sale.
