He may be in charge of the most fantastical (and terrifying) conglomerate in the world, but Disney CEO Bob Iger is surprisingly understated when it comes to his living quarters. Well, as understated as one could be while residing in a $18.75 million Upper East Side co-op overlooking Central Park.

It comes complete with a private elevator, cozy library, and a few wood-burning fireplaces. Not quite Cinderella's castle, but a wonderland for a New Yorker, for sure.
