Bring your patience and your decisiveness, because two things that this shop definitely has are long lines and many bagel options. If you get order paralysis like me, just opt for an Everything Bagel toasted with plain cream cheese. You may need to spoon off some of the excess cream cheese, but honestly, would you want to have it any other way?
After 15 years in the business of creating genuine New York bagels, these people really have it down to a science.
