Financial District

Though it could be argued that FiDi became cool once Condé Nast moved their offices to One World Trade, a bunch of new upgrades have added to the area's resurgence. For one, there's The Beekman hotel, which opened in 2016 in an abandoned 130-year-old skyscraper. Besides the Victorian-style atrium (which was practically made for the 'gram), there's Tom Colicchio's chic Temple Court restaurant, and Keith McNally's Augustine. Head over to the opposite end of the hood and there's the newly refurbished South Street Seaport, boasting an iPic movie theater, Fulton Market, and 10 Corso Como, the fashion retailer and eatery via Milan.
