There are some major changes happening over in glossy land. For one, W magazine has been sold by Condé Nast to Future Media Group, joining its other more well-known design title, Surface. The sale has also resulted in a new masthead: after nine years, Stefano Tonchi has been replaced as editor in chief by Sara Moonves, the mag's style director. For the first time in the publication's 47-year history, a woman is at the helm.
