Casey Johnson, the heiress to the Johnson & Johnson fortune, had a tragically short and scandal-ridden life. She ran in Hilton's socialite circle for a time - the two were childhood friends after attending the same New York private school. She was accepted to Brown, but dropped out after less than a year and moved back to New York to work on the PR events scene. She then moved to LA and pursued an acting career, though she turned down the role of Paris Hilton's sidekick in The Simple Life. She caused a stir by calling out her aunt in the tabloids, after she reportedly stole her boyfriend. When she began dating women, it was seen as an act of rebellion against her parents, and though she was in and out of rehab for her drug use and partying, she adopted a child and became engaged to B-list celeb Tila Tequila. When she passed away at 30, it was reportedly from complications from untreated diabetes.
