Christian Karl Gerhartsreiter
Christian Karl Gerhartsreiter, a German-born impostor, went through a number of aliases in the U.S., but his most infamous one was that of "Clark Rockefeller" - yes, of those Rockefellers. Using his fake last name, he was able to marry Sandra Boss, a successful executive with whom he had a child. After figuring out that he wasn't who he claimed to be, and that he was sucking her bank account dry, Sandra, obviously, divorced him. He was eventually arrested for attempting to kidnap their daughter and got a number of other felonies tacked on to his record as well, including identity theft and the murder of Jonathan Sohus, whose identity Christian stole at one point.
