Love Heals Is The Last Hurrah At The Four Seasons

The Four Seasons as we know it, uptown restaurant of legendary, deal making, power dining lore, got quite the send off last evening at The Love Heals 2016 Gala, the final event to be held in the space before it turns over. Guests rubbed shoulders as they mulled around the bar over cocktails, tripping over a rolodex of notable names, from Marc Ruffalo and Sean MacPherson to Wes Gordon and Tabitha Simmons. Finally Settling in for an auction of some seriously paddle raising items, the restaurant's owner himself, Julian Niccolini, threw in the auction item of a table for 10 the final night of The Four Seasons.

The "Season Finale," as they say, raised over $400,000 for Love Heals, the Alison Gertz Foundation for AIDS Education, and honored Sean MacPherson, Rachelle Hruska MacPherson, Peter Davis, and Eric Rudin for their continued support of the foundation. Mark Ruffalo presented the MacPhersons with their award, having worked as a waiter for Sean during the AIDS crisis, back when he was a starving actor in L.A., while designer Tabitha Simmons honored Davis, and Dini von Mueffling, Victoria Leacock Hoffman and Stefani Greenfield along with Ali Gertz’ mother, Carol Gertz, presented Rudin with his. With extraordinary decor donated by Bryan Rafanelli of Rafanelli Events, it was certainly a send-off worthy of the iconic New York institution. Click through for an inside look!
